Aeroquest International Limited (“Aeroquest”, or “the Company”) (TSX:AQL) and Geotech Ltd. (“Geotech”) announce that they have entered into a binding agreement (the “Agreement”) to complete a business combination (the "Transaction").

Aeroquest International Limited today reported financialresults for its first quarter of fiscal 2012, the three months ended December 31, 2011. These results reflect increased competition and pricing pressure as well as logistical delays resulting in gross margin compression.
